Schedule Your Appointment
Please follow these simple steps to schedule your first appointment and be sure to allow 1 to 2 weeks to get your labwork done before meeting with your doctor.
Select your state and medicare enrollment status below to select a doctor who is licensed to see you.
- Choose one of the doctors, and click the Schedule Appointment button under the doctor’s photo.
- Scroll down in the “Select a Service” list to find and click the “L-Nutra Health – New Patient (Members Only)” option.
- Select a date and time that works for you. Keep in mind that you will need to complete labs prior to your initial doctor appointment therefore, please schedule your appointment at least one week in advance
- Complete the patient registration form, and confirm.

Your doctor must be licensed in the same state you’re in when you meet, so we recommend choosing a physician licensed in your home state.
