My Philosophy
I believe that true healing begins when we align body, mind, and spirit — caring for the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. My approach centers on guiding patients to rediscover the inherent capacity within themselves to live vibrant, purpose-filled lives through the daily practice of simple, healthy habits — nurturing not only the body, but also the mind and the heart through healthy thinking and emotional balance.
At the heart of my approach is a deep faith in Jesus Christ, whom I accepted as my Lord and Savior at age 26 during one of the lowest points in my life while a second-year student at Harvard Law School. His unconditional love and limitless grace have transformed my life in unimaginable ways and shape everything I think, feel, and do. I believe that the love He modeled — compassionate, nonjudgmental, and redemptive — offers a blueprint for healing that reaches far beyond physical health. In my experience, many unhealthy habits arise not merely from a lack of knowledge or discipline but from an inner restlessness of the soul. True transformation occurs not only by changing behaviors but by addressing the deeper disquiet that drives them. My role is to walk alongside each patient — regardless of background or belief — with the same spirit of grace and compassion, helping them uncover the sources of imbalance in body, mind, and spirit and rediscover the peace and wholeness that come from living in alignment with love and truth.
