My Philosophy
I want to share what I have learned so you can feel younger, happier, and healthier, just as I have. I want to help you get to the root cause of your illness to achieve disease reversal, rather than give medications to treat symptoms. However, if you need medication, I want to help you use as few medications as possible.
Interests
Being in nature, hiking, skiing, biking, family, travel and adventure, cooking for non-cooks, reading and constantly learning, and most importantly, being happy and healthy for as long as I can be to stay productive and make our world a better place.
