Biography
Dr. Olshausen is a physician with over two decades of experience. He was born and raised in Germany and then moved to the US after graduating medical school in 2002. Originally board-certified in Internal Medicine, after years of traditional primary care practice, his professional journey was transformed by discovering Lifestyle Medicine, recognizing its profound impact on helping individuals lead healthier, longer lives, and effectively manage—or even reverse—chronic conditions through fundamental lifestyle changes. This led to a personal transformation, embracing a whole-food, plant-based eating pattern, regular exercise, mindfulness, and positivity. He is now board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine as well.
He lives in Southern Oregon with his family.
